The zero-sugar counterpart to SmartyPants' Prenatal Plus, sweetened with allulose, monk fruit and steviol glycosides instead of added sugar, and carrying 3g of fiber per serving from soluble tapioca fiber and chicory root inulin. Provides 667mcg DFE folate as calcium 5-methylfolate, 1,200 IU vitamin D3, 290mcg iodine, 40mcg vitamin K and 270mcg vitamin A entirely as retinyl palmitate (preformed retinol). Its omega-3 is 100mg of organic flaxseed oil delivering 49mg ALA — there is no DHA at all, and ALA converts to DHA at only a few percent. Choline is very low at 11mg. Iron-free.
