Gummy, 3/day from a 90-count bottle, a 30-day supply. Provides 667mcg DFE folate as calcium 5-methylfolate, 1,200 IU vitamin D3, 290mcg iodine, 40mcg vitamin K and 55mg choline. Its omega-3 comes from 200mg of algal oil delivering 60mg DHA and 30mg EPA — vegetarian-sourced and fish-free, unusual for a gummy carrying real DHA. Iron-free, like most gummy prenatals. Vitamin A is 520mcg entirely as retinyl palmitate (preformed retinol). Contains 4g of added sugar per 3-gummy serving. Colors come from organic annatto and black carrot juice concentrates. Contains bovine gelatin, so not vegetarian — the trade-off against SmartyPants' Organic version, which is gelatin-free but has no DHA at all. Clean Label Project Purity Award and an NSF mark. Sold by the bottle one-time, with shipping charged on top; a subscription is also offered, with free shipping.
