Whole-food tablet, 1/day — the single-tablet counterpart to Garden of Life's 3/day Prenatal Multi, and the easier option if pill burden matters. Provides 600mcg DFE folate and 18mg iron, both from a 930mg organic food blend rather than isolated compounds, plus 900 IU vitamin D from lichen, 90mcg vitamin K and 9mg vitamin B6 (450% DV). No DHA and no choline. Notably it carries less iron than the 3-tablet Prenatal Multi — 18mg against 27mg — but delivers it in a third of the pills. Vitamin A is entirely beta-carotene. The food blend includes organic ginger root and lemon peel among roughly thirty fruits, vegetables and herbs. Tablet coating uses the brand's Clean Tablet Technology blend.
