Provides 600mcg DFE folate and 18mg iron, both from a 930mg organic food blend rather than isolated compounds, plus 900 IU vitamin D from lichen, 90mcg vitamin K and 9mg vitamin B6 (450% DV). No DHA and no choline. Notably it carries more iron than the 3-tablet Prenatal Multi (18mg vs 13.5mg) in a third of the pills. Vitamin A is entirely beta-carotene.
